A Special General Meeting of the Atherton Tablelands Hockey Association will be held on Tuesday 22nd November 6:30pm
at the Clubhouse (Loder Park Hockey Fields)
The current executive is keen to ensure a smooth transition into the 2017 playing season so all executive and coaching positions will be vacated and nominations called.
This approach was determined at the last monthly meeting as the Hockey season is now extended across the 12 months of the year with Development squads and Summer Sixes competition in place
All positions elected will be ratified at the AGM in the new year.
Nominations will be called for the following positions:
President. Vice President. Secretary. Treasurer. Records Officer. Public Relations Officer. Facilities Officer. Umpires Officer. Draws and Fixtures. Canteen Manager. Patron. Auditor. Delegate to Hockey QLD. Umpiring Committee. Grounds and Facilities. Selection Committee. Comp and Fixtures Committee. Bar Manager. Judiciary Committee.
Rep Team Coaches/Managers for all age divisions male and female.
Coaches/Managers for all ages and divisions in the local competition inclusive of Tomahawks .
