Atherton Tablelands Hockey Association would like to advise all members and interested parties our
AGM will be held TUESDAY 22nd JAN 2019 6.30 pm at our LODER PARK CLUB HOUSE followed by our general meeting.
ALL POSITIONS WILL BE DECLARED VACANT
All committee and coaching positions will call for nominations.
Nominations will be called for the following positions:
President. Vice President. Secretary. Treasurer.
Records Officer. Public Relations Officer. Facilities Officer. Umpires Officer. Draws and Fixtures. Canteen Manager. Auditor.
Delegate to Hockey QLD. Umpiring Committee. Grounds and Facilities. Selection Committee. Comp and Fixtures Committee.
Bar Manager. Judiciary Committee.
Rep Team Coaches/Managers for all age divisions male and female.
Coaches/Managers for all ages and divisions in the local competition inclusive of Tomahawks .
If you are interested in holding any position in the 2019 season you must nominate and attend the AGM.
If you held a position (coach, manager or committee) in 2018 and wish to step out of that position please let Carrie know asap so we can do some forward planning.
Please remember everyone is invited and encouraged to attend meetings. Have a say in what happens in your club!
Canteen Manager is crucial position in our club and we would like to see 3 or 4 people nominate and run the canteen on a roster system in 2019 – so just 1 Saturday a month. If you are interested or have any question please get in touch with us to discuss.
